You see, birth, babies, breastfeeding and connections are my jam.
I started with a love I call heyHONEY and I’ve been doing this breast friend work for 4 years. My mission is inspired by the lack of support during my own journey and aims to drastically increase the generational health of Black and Brown communities through education and support surrounding birth and how it affects breastfeeding and the postpartum experience.
Breastfeeding is love, life, LUNCH!
Bodyfeeding comes in all forms such as breast or chest. There is an art to both infant feeding practices.

The First Latch
Every birthing person thinks about the moment their babee will attempt the first latch. Will it be painful? Will I make enough milk for my babee? Taking a breastfeeding class will introduce you to responsive feeding by responding to babees biological needs. Build your supply and confidence in 40 days with our courses.
